Our mission is to ensure the availability of safe, responsible, and cost effective waste collection and disposal & recycling services to residents and businesses in Calaveras County. This site is for everyone interested in making smart choices about the waste which is generated in our homes, businesses, and our communities.

CalaverasRecycles.org is an online resource created to serve the residents of Calaveras and Alpine Counties, which fall under the Calaveras County Solid Waste Division. CalaverasRecycles.org is intended to be a clearinghouse of information for local recycling programs and the management of solid waste. Every attempt has been made to provide accurate and up to date information.

We are implementing precautions at Rock Creek Landfill and all Transfer Stations to prevent the spread of COVID19 by implementing Social Distancing. You may notice that certain areas are blocked off to maintain the required spacing, which may result in delays. Keeping the public and employees safe is our highest priority.
